Cancellation Policy:

• If cancellation is made any time not less than 15 days prior to departure, 25% shall be deducted.
• If cancellation is made 14 to 10 days prior to departure, 50% of tour cost shall be deducted.
• If cancellation is made 10 to 05 day prior to departure, 75% of tour cost shall be deducted.
• If cancellation is made 04 day prior to departure, 100% of tour cost shall be deducted.
• In case passenger is no show at the time of departure, 100% of tour cost shall be deducted.
• Cancellation charges for Star Cruises booking shall apply as per star cruises cancellation rules.
• Cancellation charges for Air Tickets shall apply as per Airline cancellation rules.

• No refund or cancellation on helicopter packages.
• Subject to weather conditions and availability on selected helicopter Tickets. If flights are cancelled due to any reason (bad weather or technical Fault) then only Helicopter Tickets Price i.e. Rs. 2100/- will be refunded.
• No amendment and cancellation on Helicopter Tickets.
• Passengers are requested to report at the departure heliport one hour before the notified departure time of the flight or at Reporting Time mentioned in the PTD. Passengers reporting beyond these timings shall be treated as “NO SHOW” passengers and the Operator reserves the right to allot the seat to other passengers.
• Children below 2 years of age will be carried free of cost. However, such children shall be carried in the lap of the accompanying adult. In case of dispute regarding age of infant, valid proof of age shall be the deciding factor.
